Exercise considerations for our kids

Our kids are not small adults. Their systems are developing and learning to tolerate exertion. The goal is to strengthen their cardiorespiratory system and bones. Until they reach 16+ there are factors to consider.

Did you know that 50% of kids 10-16 do not reach the recommended daily requirement of 60mins moderate to vigorous daily activity?

Did you know it is safe for kids as young as 8 to perform resistance exercise for sport conditioning?

Did you know autonomous movement requires approximately 10000 repetitions for children with the learning environment highly varied?

BUT, it requires an understanding about there physiology AND motor learning when applying a formal programme.
